Fleet expenses without the paperwork. Drivers submit the receipt from their phone, the fleet manager approves by rule, the company sees spend per vehicle.

Driver
The fleet manager invites the driver directly from the app, in the driver's own language. The driver sets a password from the email they receive and then simply uses the app on their phone.
Drivers see only their own expenses. Entering fuel, tolls and other costs is quick and simple: just photograph the receipt. They have no access to plans, totals or other drivers' data.
Drivers can also switch on a personal assistant for more economical driving (in preparation): they compete with themselves and follow their own progress.

Fleet manager
We create the company account, and the fleet manager receives an email invitation to set a password. The company can start its free 30-day trial straight away.
The fleet manager has a complete overview of the fleet: the approval queue, the rules, the vehicles and the spend per vehicle. The Pro plan adds detailed data on trips, stops and load weights. Inviting a driver is simple: the driver receives a link by email.

Every new company starts with a full 30-day trial of Pro. No credit card is required. When the trial ends, all records remain visible; new entries are paused until we agree on how to continue.
